We feel our Mission Statement says it all:
We, the team members of Monticello Animal Hospital, are devoted to providing the highest quality care in a compassionate and ethical manner throughout the lifetime of our patients. We will strive to educate our clients about pet care while advocating the value of the human animal bond in an atmosphere that is fun and enjoyable.

*We are currently NOT taking grooming until April 6th. This is for the safety of our clients, pets and Monticello Animal Hospital staff. Please read more about this under the grooming section of our services. We apologize about any inconveniences and hope that you stay safe during this time.
We offer a full service exam for specific medical conditions as well as yearly annual exams with vaccinations, nail trims, anal gland expression, and preventative flea, tick, and heartworm options.
EXOTIC ANIMAL CARE
We provide basic care, husbandry, and medical advice and medicine for all exotic animals.
COLD LASER THERAPY
This is an alternative way to heal pain and inflammation without the use of pharmaceuticals and or surgery. So what is cold laser therapy? Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy results are achieved when a sufficient dose of light energy reaches target tissue and results in decreased inflammation, decreased pain, and accelerated healing.
Surgery can be stressful for both the pet and the owner. We offer general procedures such as spaying, neutering, declawing, tumor/growth removal, and laceration repair to the more advance procedures such as orthopedic repair and internal soft tissue surgery. Our staff strives to make sure your pet comes through their surgical procedure safely and comfortably.
We have a full service grooming salon. Having a grooming service along with our medical service allows pet owners to get everything done to their pet in one convenient visit.
We now offer virtual care with our telemedicine app which is free to download. This allows our clients to contact Dr. Wallis with questions, concerns, follow ups, and general advice anytime and anywhere life may take you and your pets!
We have a clean and spacious boarding facility for your family pet. Whether you need to board your pet for one day or several weeks, we will be sure to make it a comfortable and stress free experience.
We want your pet to live a long and healthy life, and preventative dental care will help achieve that goal. Therefore, our medical staff will provide a thorough dental exam as part of the annual wellness exam and advise owners if further dental care is needed.
